XPE foam is chemical crosslinked polyethylene foam material, is made of low density polyethylene resin with crosslinking agent and foaming agent after high temperature continuous foaming, compared with EPE, tensile strength is higher, the bubble hole is smaller. XPE is an ideal thermal insulation material for automobiles and air conditioners. In recent years, XPE has developed rapidly in the sports and leisure products market, such as surfboard, waterproof mat, yoga mat and so on. It is also used in construction, especially in flame retardant materials.
