Release paper is a kind of anti-stick paper which can prevent prepreg from sticking and protect prepreg from contamination. It is made of paper coated with anti-stick silicone oil material, generally composed of kraft paper, film, silicone oil three layers.

Classfication

1, Double silicon single seal, one side of the paper coated with silicone oil, one side of the PE.

2, Double silicon, paper coated with silicone oil on both sides.

3, Single silicon, one side of the paper coated with silicone oil.

Release paper

Can stick to the prepreg, but easy to separate the two.

Technical specifications

The coating amount of solvent-based silicone oil is 0.30~0.80g/m2, the coating amount of solvent-free silicone oil is 0.80~1.30g/m2. The amount of silicone oil coating directly affects the stripping performance. High coating capacity, can densely cover the base paper, ensure the uniform distribution of silicone oil. However, a lower amount of silicone oil coating is prone to leakage and other phenomena, resulting in poor stripping. Stripping force data obtained by standard test method at room temperature, unit is N/25mm. General 0.10N/25mm, commonly known as light peel; 0.20N/25mm, commonly known as middle stripping; 0.35~0.45N/25mm, commonly known as heavy stripping; 0.60~0.80N/25mm, commonly known as heavy stripping.

Application

Generally used in food industry packaging, electronic industry, and most of the sticky products together, especially tape.
