Microporous breathable technology

The structure of the microporous film is formed by stretching two incompatible components. There are many micro-holes like capillaries in its structure. These micropores form the channel that allows the gas to pass through, but cannot be passed because the diameter of the liquid droplets in the outside is greater than the diameter of the micropores. The permeability of the gas through the film depends on the size of the micropores. The moisture transfer rate is proportional to the surface area and concentration driving force of the film. In microporous films, the physical structure of the film is the determining factor of permeability.

Molecular breathability technology

Molecular films are dense, microporous films produced by simple extrusion blowfilms or other process techniques, and then attached to the fabric of the water gas penetration on the molecular film penetration process can be called "active diffusion" process. This is similar to the process by which helium in a balloon is oozing. The permeable is attached to one side of the high concentration and diffuses into the other side of the film using the presence of pressure differential diffusion.
