(1) Detailed decomposition of film paper

Coating paper is the plastic particles coated on the surface of the paper through the casting machine composite material, the main feature is that this composite material can be oil proof, waterproof (relative), can heat sealing. Different uses take its different characteristics, when used for coated paper to make the packaging, take its waterproof characteristics. When used in automatic packaging machine packaging, take the characteristics of heat sealing.

(2) Film paper weight/thickness

The thickness of conventional kraft paper is 17g-450g. The gram weight of coated paper is its thickness. Although the variety of paper density is different, but with a large caliper estimate of the weight of paper. 100 g = 0.126 mm.

(3) Coating paper specifications

(4) Film-coated paper packaging

Roll packaging: inner layer with PO new vacuum film, outer layer with 250g yellow kraft paper packaging, moisture-proof and insect-proof effect. Use special rubber stopper at both ends.

Flat sheet packaging: the bottom of the special wooden card board, every 500 pieces for a small box, around the use of PO new vacuum film winding and attached to the four paper edges with thick cardboard.
